Meet the Founder
Jean Horton
Ms. Horton is founder and CEO of Solutions That Matter LLC (STM), a women-owned small business. A retired Contracting/Agreement Officer andProcurement Analyst, her career spans decades of diversified AcquisitionManagement/Analysis, Acquisition and Assistance Training Development and Training Delivery experience she has provided to clients in more than 80countries. She has a passion for training, mentoring, coaching, and consulting.
Ms. Horton is an accredited Certified Professional Contracts Manager, holds accreditation as a Certified Ayurveda Health Instructor and Certified Zumba Fitness Instructor. She is a member of the National Contract Management Association and the Association for Talent Development.
Ms. Horton has an Undergraduate degree in Business Management from National Louis University, a Graduate degree in Acquisition Management from George Washington University and a master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.
